What each entry will contain

Each release gets one section, headed by its release date (YYYYMMDD, UTC). The changelog is generated from the difference with the previous release, and lists:

upstream source versions, and the sources that changed;
stations added or removed (with tombstones), and stations moved between fitted and fallback data;
changes in the chosen record per station, and time-base verdict changes per provider;
per station, the M2 phase shift in minutes and the amplitude change, and constituents added or removed;
sets excluded by the release gate, with the reason;
validation changes against the previous release;
per-source sections (NOAA stations added or changed, Kartverket, and others);
the DOI of the release.
